"The demo and rebuild of our home (while living in it) was very stressful and Paula helped me numerous times, even last minute, with design changes and challenges. 

For example, I came home from work to find our new countertops installed…and they were not exactly what Paula and I had chosen in terms of the shade of the color. She helped me look at it at in different lights (literally) and ultimately decide that I liked it and it was not worth having them replaced. Haven’t thought twice about them since.
Knowing I could text or email Paula and get a quick response, especially during the very stressful building phase of our project, was extremely helpful.
